Products:
We source out our products from local stores all over South Africa to give you the biggest range of supplies at your finger tips. Due to this, sometimes items may take longer to arrive, though we work to get it to you as fast as possible.
Shipping:
Once we have your full order, we then package it and send it through to you with the help of Fast Way Couriers, Dawn Wing and Courier Guy. We will then forward you your tracking number which can be used to track your parcel through their tracking sites. We are based in Pretoria, therefore if you are located anywhere in Gauteng you’re likely to receive your parcel within the next 2 days after your order has been dispatched. Places outside of Gauteng may take between 2-5 working days depending on which province you are situated in.
Another cool thing about us is that we can ship to you if you live anywhere around South Africa. Though the shipping price may vary on the distance and weight of your parcel. If you would like more information on this please e-mail us.
Please note: Once your parcel is in the hands of the courier company we are not liable for any damaged or missing parcels. We take pictures of the items before they are sent off as proof there are no defects.
We also have pickup points in Lenasia and Erasmia if you want to save on your courier costs of have your own courier company pick up your parcel on your behalf.
Ship Later:
We have a feature that allows you to add to orders that you have previously placed or to ship out your order once you are ready to receive it. Use the ship later option at checkout and we will keep your order aside for you and ship it out at a later date. Please ensure that each order is paid for as payment secures your order.
Returns/Refunds:
We do not accept any returns on items as they are purchased by order as per your request.
Clearance:
Items that are in our clearance section is stock that have massive price cuts. Here the items may be old, defected, be end of the range or have slight differences to the new items in the same range. We DO NOT offer returns, refunds or exchanges on these items unfortunately.
Team:
We are a small team of people which sometimes can be stressful. We ask for you, our amazing customer to please bear with us as we process your order and source out your products.
